How do I place my order?

You can place your order via our online store, by emailing us, or by calling us.

Can I customise my products?

For a small additional cost, we can customise your orders.  Customisation can include a choice of fragrance or packaging.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs for all products valued under $150 are based on product weight and Australia Post rates.  Orders over AUD  $150 will be shipped free to capital cities of States and Territories in Australia. 

How long will it take to ship the products?

Depending on the availability of stock, your order will be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving your payment. 

What payment options do you offer?

Currently, we accept payment only via bank transfer. 

Do you accept bulk orders?

We can do bulk orders such as wedding, party and event favours.  Please contact us to discuss your particular needs.

What about refunds & returns?

If our product is defective, we will refund the full amount you paid, on presentation of proof of the defect.  Please produce the invoice when claiming a refund.  We do not refund if you simply changed your mind.

 

Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns.
